Spent the weekend outside of Rock Springs, TX near Camp Eagle and managed to snap some photos. 20 miles down the road here, 8 miles on a dirt road there, pack a Polaris mule loaded with supplies and crest a ridge over a couple of miles until you arrive at the Prospector’s Cabin. A single room frontier cabin with no electricity or running water. Music was played, whiskey was sipped and good times were had. I’m cutting a video from the trip along with music we recorded (I haven’t listened to playback yet so don’t get excited) to post up in a few days. Always an amazing source of inspiration and solace.

Last shot is the album cover?

I had the great opportunity to photograph the wedding day of Maria & Lyle at the Woman’s Club of Chevy Chase in north D.C. It was a great day and perfect spot. It was warm and well decorated with an excellent variety of styles and mix of people. Definitely the first time I have ever photographed a traditional Greek dancing performance, done masterfully by the Δὐναμη Greek Dancers of Georgetown. The night went on, filled with more dancing and a performance by the groom himself! Congratulations again to the both of you and I wish you both well for the future!

Gorgeous day, perfect location, great couple. I had the great opportunity to photograph Bobby and Meghan Hernandez’ wedding day at The Farmhouse at Buena Vista, an amazing renovated barn out in rustic Emmaus, Pennsylvania. The historic property was a great back drop to their quiet ceremony over a creek, a DC meets New England early summer cocktail hour into the evening, followed by a beautiful open door barn dinner and dancing. Thanks again to Bobby and Meghan for their patience and relaxed style to let me wander and shoot the day of as well as your patience in getting this edit up! Congratulations to both of you!

Beautiful photos thank you so much for sharing

Quick weekend trip to Nashville and Lynchburg back in January. All Shot on a Brownie Hawkeye courtesy of Jon Betz Films.

I had the wonderful opportunity of photographing the wedding of Kendra and Adam Vreeland at the Maddox Muse Center near Sundance Square in Fort Worth, TX. After shooting their engagement photos a few months prior it was a great way to come back to TX to shoot and the couple were almost too easy to photograph throughout the day. From the adjacent dressing rooms to the low lit reception hall dances, all the details added up for a great wedding day before their horse-drawn carriage ride into the night. Thanks again to Kendra and Adam for being so flexible through the day. I wish you both joy and happiness in all the days ahead. Thanks again!
